Our client, an international organization operating in agriculture in Africa, is looking for a:   Chief Security Officer Your Responsibilities: Responsible for developing procedures to ensure physical safety of employees / visitors all over the offices in several countries in West Africa Overseeing and coordinating security efforts across the organization Ensure security incidents and related ethical issues are investigated and resolved without further disrupting operations Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate host country authorities on issues related to the safety and security of the personnel Your Profile: University degree in political science, military science, security management or similar 10+ years’ experience in security / risk management Experience in a significant leadership role in West Africa Fluent in French and English Ability to communicate at all levels Calm in stressful situations Leadership skills Contract information: Permanent position Package: salary, housing, schooling for children, health insurance, pension fund, transport.
